Dear Students,

What you really believe becomes reality for you.

Can you believe it?

Here is an example

Children were playing in a barn, it was late and getting dark. One spied a coiled snake in the far corner and screamed with fright. Another believed it moved.

All experienced fear and trembling.

They ran out of the barn in a panic.

It was only a coiled rope.

Our thoughts are governed by what we think, see, hear and feel.

We create our own world and suffer from ourselves.

Another example

Our partner is late home, the imagination can really get going on what has happened.

Have they fallen under a bus, been molested or kidnapped?

A fellow teacher said the only reason I could not do a squat balance on one hand was because I believed I could not. He was right!

However, dear one, it is my job to widen our horizons and to allow us to see that anything is possible.

Do we hold ideas about our abilities?

Yoga Day

The next yoga day is on Wednesday 19th May at Beaconsfield Hall (and on Zoom for our distance students) –

We will be covering Perception & Interpretation.

Back to class

Beaconsfield Hall, Shipton under Wychwood, OX7 6BQ is reopening on 17th May so we will be back in the hall on:

Tuesday 18th May 7.30pm – 8.45pm – Easy yoga with John White

Wednesday 19th May 9.45am – 11.15am (and students are welcome to stay on for the yoga day as mentioned above – please let us know if you are coming).

Breath well

Love

Ruth xx
